Loved Moraira and surrounding areas with its wealth of excellent restaurants, bars and activities for all. Mark’s villa is in a lovely, peaceful location and was ideal for our family group of 3 generations. Wonderful views from the upstairs patio where we enjoyed many al fresco breakfasts and evening meals. The spacious outside terraces provide enough areas of sun and shade to suit all tastes with sufficient loungers for all our party. The swimming pool was perfect and the dartboard and table tennis were an added bonus.

Mark was very communicative and responsive during the booking process and Fran provided excellent local support when we needed. Many thanks for the welcome goodies!

 

This was our first time in Moraira but it wont be the last!

Thank you for letting us use this villa, absolutely lovely place. with spacious and clean rooms. It was much better than expected! We knew it was going to be great, but our expectations were far exceeded.

Key things that stood out for me:

  • swimming pool,

  • spacious and large rooms

  • overall cleanliness of the villa

  • customer service

Fran (the agent for this property) was very prompt in handling our queries 

We're impressed with the service we received, if we're ever back in Alicante-Valencia we know where we'll be staying!

Great location to be quiet!

The place is good for a group of 8-10 people. The amenities available are of very good quality and the host is very responsive, attentive and helpful!

The villa provided excellent accommodation and facilities for ten from the two en-suites and two bathrooms. With a. Lovely pool with steps for children to the plenty of patio space and shelter when required. The three areas for dining provided space for the different time of day.

Located in Moraira you have all the excellent restaurants required.

We were also supported locally when required and found it easy to book and lease with the owner during the process.

We have stayed in Moraira when times and have no hesitation in booking the same villa again

 The owner and property manager couldn't have been more helpful. The villa was perfect for our family group of grandparents, parents and grandchildren (ages 9 to 15). Lots to do in Moraira and vicinity and a wonderful day in Valencia museum area, only an hour and a half by car. Many, many thanks to Mark and Fran for being so accommodating and for the welcome goodies.

Mark's villa is a very quiet and pleasant place to spend a few days as a family. It is very spacious in all its terrace, garden, and a swimming pool, a perfect place to rest... a perfect place to rest, also located very close to Moraira and with a multitude of services nearby.
Mark always communicated very quickly and was very close and friendly at all times. 100% Recommended
